Contingency Plan-Personal is an application to assist people with the recording and distribution of their personal information and wishes in the event that they are unable to communicate this themselves. The entering of information and viewing or editing of information is only via personalised password entry that has been set by the user. The password is not known to the developer or any other persons unless released by the user themselves.
The Contingency Plan-Personal application accesses the following products/programs/items within the user’s device: photos, screen shots, email functionality. The contents of these are not available to any third party, and no information from within the application is stored on a server. The contents stored within the Contingency Plan-Personal application remain only on the user’s device and can only be transmitted or uploaded to another device or program via the ability to email. The only identifying information may be the user’s location on download as collected by Google Play and the App Store. No names, ages, or other personal information are communicated to the developer after download (as per Google Play and App Store Privacy Policy).
No information of the user will be distributed to any third party or other user of the application at any time now or in the future.
