Fees and charges

The cost to download the App is AU$8.99. This cost provides access to full App functionality – including the ability to email the Plan. The email produces a PDF which has all content, including any photos and a space at each the bottom page for signatures. The user may also choose to email the whole Plan or only specific sections, as needed. Once emailed the Plan can be printed. Once downloaded, the App will not require internet access unless you wish to email the completed document.

Storing Information

Your information will only be stored on the device the App is downloaded on to. No information is stored on a server. The ability to Print/Email provides some protection for the loss of information in the event that your device is lost or damaged.

It is your responsibility to ensure the details entered by you are correct and that sensitive information is kept secure by keeping your access password protected and secure at all times. The developer takes no responsibility for the information provided by the App, or the Stored Data that you store in the App, including the loss of that information.

Copyright

The developer is the owner of all intellectual property rights in, or pertaining to, the App. This includes the structure, content and code of the App. We do not grant the user any intellectual property rights or permission to copy, hack or modify the structure of the App or its software.
